We are NGNG. A hands-on professional partner, disrupts niche and traditional markets and invests in companies with (start-up/financial/legal) challenges, with out-of-the-box, creative but always no nonsense business solutions. Likes challenges; no guts, no glory.
Our investment portfolio has a solid spread. Companies and real estate with a recurring (solid) exploitation base, long term relationships and a wide and diverse customer base.
Company investments
Our company investments include start-ups, restarts from bankruptcy, mergers and management buy-in and-out. We focus on niche branches. All our current company investments are bank-free financed.
Real estate
Real estate investments and developments are based in the Netherlands, primary in the top 20 cities. Preferably with a close relationship with the (end)user. We think together with our users and are acting flexible with them and within the market. Therefore the current portfolio has minimum vacancy. The portfolio has always an average equity base of minimum 30%.
